Absolute Robeo Terms of Service

Users of this web site agree to the following:

The owner of AbsoluteRobeo.com charges US $50 for each unsolicited bulk email received by any AbsoluteRobeo.com email address plus an additional US $50 per email for HTML or attachments. If you do not pay within 30 days, your ISP will be charged on your behalf or, in the case of non-US companies or individuals, your country's US embassy will be charged on your behalf. The owner of AbsoluteRobeo.com also charges US $50 for testing your "unsubscribe" utility.

Any claim that AbsoluteRobeo.com "opted in" or "subscribed to your bulk email is a lie. If you bought an "opt in" list with an AbsoluteRobeo.com email address on it, you got cheated. No one has permission to sell any information regarding AbsoluteRobeo.com. Indeed, if you sell/sold any information belonging to AbsoluteRobeo.com, including any email addresses, as part of a contact database without the written permission of the owner of AbsoluteRobeo.com, you must pay the owner of AbsoluteRobeo.com a $5 royalty per copy sold, minimum $500, and you should inform any email list vendor who sold you the information that they owe the owner of AbsoluteRobeo.com money.

If you cannot abide by these Terms of Service, or you feel these fees are unfair, do not send unsolicited bulk email to AbsoluteRobeo.com or sell any information owned by AbsoluteRobeo.com.
